3. What You Should NOT Upload

For your own safety and data protection, please do not upload or mention any of the following on blossombeautycare.co.in:

• Full residential address or house number (city or locality is enough).
• Aadhaar / UID number, PAN, bank card numbers, bank statements, or any financial information.
• Passport, driving license, or scanned copies of identity cards.
• Unnecessary personal photos or sensitive documents.

You may share such documents directly with an employer after you are hired, if they require them — this website does not handle or store that process.

4. Profile Visibility & Application Flow

• Your professional details are visible to employers for job-matching purposes.
• Your contact details (phone, email, full resume) are shared only with the employer(s) you specifically apply to.
• Employers can send you an initial message through the website without directly accessing your private contact information.

5. Platform Limitations

blossombeautycare.co.in acts only as a connecting medium for the job portal. We do not take part in final hiring decisions, salary negotiations, or background verification. Once a candidate and employer are connected, the platform's role in that process is considered complete.
