Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Virtual Hair Damage Specialist, you will:

Hair Damage Assessment & Consultation

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications

✅ Expertise in Hair Science: Strong understanding of hair structure, common damage causes, and effective treatments.
✅ Experience: At least 2+ years in hair care, dermatology, or a related industry.
✅ Empathy & Communication Skills: Ability to listen, advise, and provide thoughtful guidance to clients.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using virtual consultation platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools.
✅ Commitment to Inclusion: Passion for supporting clients of all hair types, textures, and backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications

🎓 Certification (Preferred): Cosmetology, Trichology, or a related field certification is a plus.
