Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultations:
Engage with customers through virtual consultations, providing personalized aromatherapy advice based on a client assessment of their needs. Help clients choose the right essential oils, carrier oils, and wellness products to address various concerns such as stress, sleep issues, anxiety, skincare, and emotional balance.
- Product Recommendations:
Based on client goals and preferences, recommend Blossom Beauty Care’s product offerings, such as essential oils, diffusers, skincare products, and wellness kits. Educate customers on how to use products safely and effectively, including proper dilution, diffusion and inhalation methods, to maximize benefits.
- Aromatherapy Education:
Provide ongoing education and advice on using aromatherapy products through webinars, virtual workshops, and personalized resources. Develop content that helps customers understand the benefits, uses, and safety precautions of essential oils and holistic wellness practices.
- Follow-Up and Customer Care:
Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with product choices and provide follow-up guidance on improving their aromatherapy routines. Address customer aromatherapy inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, or video calls.
- Sales Support:
Assist in driving sales by providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized, targeted recommendations that lead to repeat business. Maintain knowledge of product inventory and offer promotional suggestions to customers as needed.
- Collaboration with Product Development:
Provide valuable customer feedback and insights to the product development team to improve and expand Blossom Beauty Care's range of aromatherapy products.
- Customer Support for Online Presence:
Engage with clients on social media platforms, responding to questions and providing tips on incorporating aromatherapy into daily life. Collaborate with the marketing team to help promote content and generate excitement about upcoming product launches and promotions.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client consultations, product recommendations, and any follow-up communication—document customer feedback to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Continual Learning:
Stay current with the latest trends, research, and best practices in aromatherapy, wellness, and holistic health. Continuously expand your knowledge base to provide Blossom Beauty Care's clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
A certification or formal education in aromatherapy, holistic health, or a related field is highly preferred. Ongoing learning and professional development in aromatherapy and wellness is a plus.
- Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an aromatherapy consultant, aromatherapist, wellness coach, or holistic health professional is preferred. Previous experience in virtual or remote consultations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Aromatherapy:
Essential oils, their properties, and how they can be used for various health and wellness purposes require in-depth knowledge. Familiarity with product formulations, custom oil blends, contraindications, and safe usage practices is also required.
- Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical. One must also be able to connect with clients virtually and explain complex information in an easily understandable and supportive manner.
