Role Overview:

We seek a talented and creative Virtual Skincare Routine Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to design customized skincare routines tailored to their unique skin types, concerns, and goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on skincare innovations, emerging trends, and dermatological advancements to offer cutting-edge solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of consultations, client preferences, and product recommendations to ensure consistency and continuity in service.
• Address clients' questions, track their progress, and make routine adjustments as necessary to provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and contribute to promotional campaigns highlighting skincare education.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a lasting positive impression of Blossom Beauty Care’s brand.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A background in dermatology, esthetics, cosmetology, or a related field. A certification or degree is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in skincare consultation, esthetic treatments, or a similar role focusing on personalized care.
• In-depth knowledge of skin biology, common skin conditions, and effective skincare ingredients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an approachable manner.
