Job Overview

As a Virtual Salon Booking System Trainer at Blossom Beauty Care, you will train new and existing salon staff to use our virtual booking system efficiently. This system is designed to streamline client appointments, manage staff schedules, and optimize day-to-day operations. This role is crucial in ensuring our salon staff can confidently and proficiently use the booking system. Key Responsibilities

  1. System Training
    Provide in-depth training to salon staff on using the Blossom Beauty Care booking system, focusing on key features like appointment scheduling, client management, inventory tracking, and payment processing.
    Conduct live virtual training sessions, tutorials, and hands-on workshops to ensure that all team members can fully utilize the system.
    Customize training materials for different skill levels, from beginners to advanced users.
  2. Onboarding New Staff
    Guide new employees through a comprehensive onboarding program that introduces them to the booking system and ensures they understand its functionality and how it integrates with daily operations.
    Monitor progress and offer additional training and support as needed to ensure the successful adoption of the system by new hires.
  3. Ongoing Support and Troubleshooting
    Provide ongoing support to staff, answering queries and resolving any issues they may encounter while using the booking system.

Key Qualifications and Skills
