Position Overview:
The Virtual Organic Skincare Specialist will be essential to our customer experience team, offering expert advice and recommendations based on individual skincare needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual skincare consultations with customers via video, phone, or chat, helping them understand their skin type, concerns, and needs.
- Recommend personalized skincare routines and organic products based on individual skin assessments.
- Educate customers about organic ingredients' benefits and proper usage, providing clear, actionable skincare advice.
- Assist customers with understanding how to transition to organic skincare and the potential benefits of a more natural regimen.
- Product Expertise and Education:
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Blossom Beauty Care’s product line, including ingredient benefits, formulation processes, and usage recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in organic skincare and the beauty industry.
- Provide insights and suggestions for product improvements based on customer feedback and experiences.
- Develop informative content, such as skincare tips, product recommendations, and educational material, to be shared with customers via digital platforms.
- Customer Service and Satisfaction:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing excellent service and ensuring that all questions are answered accurately and empathetically.
- Address customer concerns or complaints with patience and understanding, providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by offering consistent, high-quality service, which leads to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Sales and Upselling:
- Support sales goals by recommending complementary products or upgrades based on the customer’s needs.
- Use consultative selling techniques to identify and meet customer needs, driving revenue while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Track and report customer interactions and sales results in the company’s CRM system to ensure effective follow-ups and accurate reporting.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer preferences, needs, and emerging skincare trends.

- Share your expertise and experience in organic skincare by creating live sessions or webinars for interested customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty or skincare industry, with a strong focus on organic or natural skincare products.
- Proven experience in virtual customer service or consulting, with the ability to manage multiple consultations effectively and professionally.
- A background in esthetics, dermatology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
