Key Responsibilities:
- Product Formulation and Development:
- Develop and formulate new hair serum products from concept to completion.

- Incorporate the latest trends, scientific advancements, and customer feedback to develop innovative hair care solutions.
- Select and source appropriate ingredients based on product goals, ensuring each serum addresses specific hair concerns such as frizz, dryness, and damage repair.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Oversee product testing to ensure optimal hair serum performance, stability, and safety.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to evaluate each formula's performance under various conditions and on different hair types.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to assess product efficacy and ensure that each serum meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the R&D, marketing, and product teams to align the development process and ensure formulations meet business and consumer needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding product timelines, challenges, and advancements in formulation.
- Provide expert advice and support to the marketing and product teams to ensure products are accurately represented and promoted.
- Research and Ingredient Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in hair care science, ingredient innovations, and consumer trends.
- Source and evaluate new ingredients that can enhance the efficacy and sustainability of hair serums.
- Monitor market trends to ensure Blossom Beauty Care stays ahead of industry shifts and customer preferences.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of all formulations, ingredients, and testing results.
- Ensure all formulations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Document and communicate any modifications to formulations and ensure they align with product goals and consumer expectations.

Qualifications:
