Position Overview:

We seek a talented and visionary Virtual Hair Accessories Designer to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a creative and forward-thinking company dedicated to setting trends in the beauty and fashion world. The ideal candidate will be a design enthusiast with a deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and a passion for creating unique hair accessories that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design innovative and trend-setting virtual hair accessories for digital applications, including augmented reality (AR), virtual try-ons, and social media filters.
• Conceptualized and created 2D and 3D designs for hair accessories such as clips, headbands, barrettes, pins, and combs that align with seasonal trends and target market preferences.
• Collaborate with the product development team to translate digital designs into physical prototypes and final products.
• Research global fashion and beauty trends to ensure contemporary designs are relevant to various cultural and demographic markets.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and digital mockups to present design concepts and ensure alignment with brand identity and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for promotional campaigns and e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize designs for various digital platforms and ensure they are compatible with AR and VR technologies.
• Provide input on digital and physical accessories' materials, colors, and production techniques.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design software, tools, and industry standards to produce high-quality, cutting-edge designs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
• Proven experience as a designer, preferably in hair accessories, fashion, or digital design industries.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Blender, and CAD tools.
• Experience with AR/VR platforms and tools is highly desirable.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail, color, and texture.
• Ability to interpret fashion trends and translate them into unique, wearable designs.
• Strong understanding of various cultural aesthetics and the ability to design for a global audience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
