What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in a past role was navigating complex skin concerns virtually, especially when clients were frustrated from years of trying different treatments. It pushed me to become a better listener, ask the right questions, and build trust remotely. It ultimately strengthened my communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
