What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced in a past role was learning to balance helping my coworkers with empowering them. At times, I found myself stepping in and taking on tasks for others rather than guiding them through the process. While my intentions were to support the team and ensure everything ran smoothly, I realized that this approach sometimes limited their growth and added unnecessary pressure on myself. It taught me the importance of clear communication, delegation, and trusting others to step into their responsibilities with confidence.
