What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
A challenge I had as an instructor was helping some students to overcome fear and become the great cosmetologist they dreamed of. The real challenge was getting them to trust the learning process-remind them that skill comes from repetition, not mastery. As their instructor I balanced encouragement with honest guidance, showing them small wins, celebrating progress, and helping them see their potential. Watching their fear turn into confidence was one the most meaningful parts of instructing.
