What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
My most challenging experience was launching and scaling Marc Medical Suites from the ground up while simultaneously managing all aspects of clinic operations. Balancing client treatments, staff management, marketing, financial planning, and regulatory compliance required exceptional multitasking and strategic thinking. Additionally, building a client base in a competitive Sandton market during economic uncertainty meant adapting quickly to changing consumer behavior and maintaining revenue streams. The experience taught me to prioritize effectively, build sustainable systems, and remain solutions-focused under pressure. It also reinforced the importance of leveraging technology like CRM and booking systemsto streamline operations and improve client experience, which ultimately drove our success.
