Hello!

My name is Sheena, born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, fully bilingual (english/french), and mother of one amazing daughter of 5 years old. I've been an aesthetician for over 10 years, and directed my profession more towards medical skincare treatments. Having struggled with bad acne as a young woman, I know what it is like to not feel good in your own skin. That is why my goal as a medical aesthetician is to help others gain confidence and find beauty within themselves inside and out.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking for new challenges to add to my career, to focus on helping people reach their skincare and beauty goals through offering professional advice, and to be able to help clients not only locally, but globally, with the advantage of being a virtual advisor.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am interested in working with you because I love that you are a natural and organic skincare line, yet are also fun and colourful which defers you from the "classic natural and organic vibe product".
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my role as an aesthetician was working with clients who had very high expectations for immediate results, especially with skin conditions like acne, pigmentation, or texture. Skincare is a process, and sometimes clients would feel discouraged if they did not see dramatic improvement right away. That experience helped me grow professionally. I learned the importance of setting realistic expectations during consultations, explaining treatment timelines clearly, and educating clients on the role of homecare and consistency. I focused on building trust and making sure clients felt heard and supported rather than rushed. By improving my communication and follow-up, I was able to turn those situations into positive relationships where clients stayed committed to their treatment plans and were happy with their long-term results.
