Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations via video calls or messaging platforms to assess client needs and provide tailored beard grooming advice and solutions.

• Educate clients on proper beard care, trimming techniques, and styling tips, helping them to achieve their desired look.
• Recommend Blossom Beauty Care products best suited to each client’s unique grooming needs, ensuring an optimal client experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beard grooming trends, products, and techniques, and share this knowledge with clients to ensure they are informed about the best practices in the industry.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with their grooming routine and products.
• Maintain accurate client interactions, preferences, and progress records for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a professional online presence on all client-facing platforms and ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a beard grooming specialist, barber, or similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
• Deep knowledge of beard care products, tools, and techniques, including trimming, styling, and conditioning.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to understand and address individual grooming needs and provide customized solutions.
• Experience with virtual consultations and a comfort level working with digital tools and platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
