What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences working in a franchise spa was the limited flexibility. As a facial specialist, I love customizing treatments and tailoring skincare plans based on each client’s unique concerns. But franchise environments often require strict protocols, specific products, and limited service menus, which restricted my ability to be fully creative and use my advanced knowledge. Additionally, the fast-paced schedule and sales expectations could sometimes make it difficult to give clients the individualized time and education they truly deserved. These challenges motivated me to grow beyond that environment and look for roles where I can use my expertise more freely and deliver a more personalized, results-driven experience.
