About candidate

About you
I am currently finishing my final semester at Virginia Tech, majoring in public relations with a minor in professional sales, and I have a lifelong passion for beauty and cosmetology. I am confident presenting on camera, highly organized, and excited by roles that combine communication, creativity, beauty, and education. I am seeking a part-time remote role that I can begin while completing my final semester and continue as I pursue my dreams and transition into cosmetology school.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking for a flexible, remote role that allows me to combine my communication and presentation skills with my passion for beauty and education. I am particularly interested in a position where I can engage with an online audience, create meaningful learning experiences, and represent a beauty brand in a professional and approachable way. I am seeking a part-time role that I can begin while finishing my final semester before graduation and continue as I transition into cosmetology school, allowing me to grow with the company while building deeper expertise in the beauty industry.
What you are interested in working with us?
Blossom Beauty Care’s focus on education, community, and empowering consumers strongly aligns with my interests and long-term goals in the beauty industry. I am excited by the opportunity to host interactive beauty webinars, share expert guidance, and connect with a global audience. I am drawn to the brand’s emphasis on innovation and accessibility, and I see this as a role I can grow in while contributing consistently.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I’ve faced was managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities during my internship at The Pollack Group. Balancing press materials, research, and time-sensitive opportunities required strong organization and adaptability. This experience strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and deliver polished work on short timelines.

I am excited to apply for the Online Beauty Webinar Host position at Blossom Beauty Care. I am currently completing my final semester at Virginia Tech, where I major in public relations with a minor in professional sales. Alongside my academic work, I have developed strong skills in presenting, content creation, and audience engagement, which I am eager to apply in a beauty-focused educational role.

Over the past four years, I have consistently built and delivered presentations across PR, sales, marketing, and communications courses, often presenting in front of large groups and tailoring messaging to different audiences. My background in public relations has trained me to create content that is clear, engaging, and digestible for a wide range of audiences. I understand how to structure messaging and scripts in a way that keeps people interested while ensuring information is easy to understand, which I believe is essential for successful and impactful webinars. In addition, my internships at The Pollack Group strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, collaborate with creative teams, and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments. I am comfortable on camera, highly organized, and confident engaging with live audiences in a professional and approachable way.

Beauty has always been a central interest in my life, and I actively stay up to date on trends across hair, makeup, and skincare. I consistently engage with beauty content on social media, learning about emerging products, application techniques, and industry innovations. This allows me to understand what audiences are excited about and curious to learn, while also staying informed on best practices and trusted recommendations. I enjoy translating trends into clear, approachable guidance that helps people feel confident and informed. Additionally, as I carry on to get my cosmetology license, I will be continuing to develop and grow my expertise and knowledge which I will then be able to utilize in my webinars.

As I complete my degree, I am seeking a part-time remote role that I can begin immediately and continue as I transition into cosmetology school. This path reflects my commitment to deepening my technical beauty knowledge while continuing to contribute in an educational, audience-facing role.

What excites me most about Blossom Beauty Care is your commitment to accessible beauty education, innovation, and community. I would love the opportunity to host engaging, informative webinars that empower participants and reflect the high standards of your brand.
