What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The most challenging part of my current role is dealing with clients who don't disclose important information that may affect their outcomes, as well as those who do not follow instructions and experience adverse reactions as a result. In such cases, I support their recovery by reassuring them and educating them about the importance of following instructions to achieve better outcomes.

Many clients come in expecting drastic results and often have unrealistic expectations. A major part of my responsibility is to educate them on realistic outcomes based on their skin condition, as well as the importance of adhering to their treatment plan and home care advice

This aspect of my role requires clear and confident communication skills. These experiences continually sharpen my knowledge, enhance my consulting skills, and strengthen my relationships with my clients.

I bring with me skills in skincare advisory, as well as knowledge of different types of skin conditions, their causes, and the ingredients that can assist in treating them. I have expertise in various chemical peels, Laser treatments, and a wide range of skincare treatments, techniques, and technologies. I have with over 10 skincare brands across different categories, including luxury spa brands, dermaceuticals, and medical aesthetics

I have a strong sense of customer service and client relation, and I have been exposed to a wide range of personalities. In my current position, I perform treatments on a daily basis, maintain long-standing client relationships, and manage client expectations. My duties include daily communication with clients via platforms such as WhatsApp, Outlook email, telephone, and Aesthetix CRM. I also perform invasive and non-invasive treatments, which require detailed note-taking for each encounter, conducting follow-ups, and providing professional skincare advice
