Position Overview:
The Online Salon Coordinator will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our virtual salon operations. This role involves scheduling appointments, coordinating virtual consultations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and supporting our team of beauty professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Manage online booking systems to ensure accurate scheduling of virtual salon appointments.
- Coordinate with clients and team members to address rescheduling requests and last-minute changes.
- Monitor appointment confirmations and reminders to minimize cancellations and no-shows.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as the first point of contact for online inquiries and appointment requests.
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly responses to client queries via email, chat, or phone.
- To enhance client engagement, offer guidance on available services, pricing, and promotional packages.
- Virtual Salon Coordination:
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients and beauty professionals for virtual consultations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist clients in accessing online services.
- Ensure all necessary information and resources are provided to clients before their appointments.
- Team Support:
- Collaborate with beauty professionals to maintain a well-organized virtual workspace.
- Assist in tracking and managing team schedules to optimize service availability.
- Coordinate team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Customer Experience Management:

- Administrative Tasks:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in salon coordination, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of beauty and wellness services, passionate about helping clients achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using online booking systems, CRM platforms, and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
