Your Role & Responsibilities

🔹 Conduct ingredient sourcing research, assessing efficacy, compatibility, and ethical sourcing.

Collaboration & Innovation

🔹 Collaborate with chemists, dermatologists, and marketing teams to optimize scalp health, hair texture, and fragrance formulations.
🔹 Stay updated on natural beauty trends, consumer preferences, and emerging botanical innovations.

Testing & Quality Assurance

What You Bring

Technical Expertise & Experience

🌿 Expertise in Herbal & Natural Formulations: Strong knowledge of botanical extracts, essential oils, and eco-friendly surfactants.
📜 Educational Background: Degree or certification in cosmetic science, herbal medicine, chemistry, or a related field.
