About you
I am a cosmetologist with a PGDBA in marketing. I have in all 15 years of experience handling various profiles in the beauty vertical. Otherwise, I am an economics graduate with a specialization in math and statistics. Being married to an Army officer, cosmetology was the only career that I could think of. Wherever my husband got posted, I tried pursuing my career in whichever way possible. It could be starting my salon or training students in the beauty training school. It was in 2006 I could get a stable job since he was posted in Bangalore for a good amount of time. Since management was my passion, I completed my MBA degree in 2012. In 2014 I also completed CIDESCO & CIBTAC certification in the E6 and E16 modules. To further advance my knowledge I pursued diploma course in advanced laser, Cosmetology and trichology

With the above qualification as a background, I wish to understand diverse customer needs and match them with solutions that elevate their confidence and beauty experience.

Since the beauty industry constantly keeps evolving, there is scope for learning and keeping oneself abreast of the latest trends. Seeing a client light up after your professional advice gives immense professional satisfaction.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The most challenging role was the recruitment of medical doctors. Screening a long list of resumes, talking to the shortlisted candidates, and getting them onboard—performing the entire recruitment cycle—was the biggest task.
