What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my previous role was the physical strain from performing treatments over long hours—particularly issues with posture, back pain, and wrist discomfort. The repetitive nature of the work and constant standing or bending made it physically demanding. Over time, I took steps to manage it by practicing proper ergonomics, doing posture-corrective exercises, and investing in supportive tools. While I love hands-on beauty therapy, this experience has made me more conscious of the importance of physical well-being and has also increased my interest in remote roles where I can still contribute meaningfully without compromising my health.
