About you
I am Charmian Smith, a 35 year old South African woman, living in a beautiful coastal town. I have been on the beauty industry for 16 years, whilst actively working as a spa therapist, manager, trainer, owner during that time.

Thus I truly believe with my love for this industry and years if knowledge and experience I would be a great fit for the above mentioned position.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am in search of growth, stimulation, excitement and stability. Within this beautiful industry we are in there is not allot of roles that you can grow in. We become quite limited in our options as older therapists. I would love to help shape the industry as it grows and have fun while doing it.
What you are interested in working with us?
With a young company there is always allot of growth potential. I am looking froward to growing with the company. I am dedicated to a fault and will give my all to a brand that believes in me as much as u believe in them. Within a company like Blossom Beauty I know I have the opportunity to have a healthy, fun and exciting career.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One challenging experience was when one of the salons I was consulting ran out of retail products and placing an order would have taken too long ; the respective client needed it before they left for the week. Due to my swift problem-solving skills as well as the great report I have built with many of our salons / Spas . I was able to contact one of our bigger buyers and source a few items for the client.
