What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of my most challenging experiences was during my time at Spectrum Softech Solutions, where I was tasked with recruiting for specialized IT roles like Python and Java developers. The challenge was the high competition for talent and the need for a very fast turnaround. To overcome this, I developed a proactive sourcing strategy by engaging with professional groups on LinkedIn and coordinating with polytechnic colleges across Kerala. This required immense time management and the ability to refine job descriptions to attract the right candidates. Ultimately, I evaluated over 60 profiles and successfully recruited candidates for difficult-to-fill roles. This experience taught me how to stay organized and maintain clear communication under pressure, skills that are essential for managing multiple client consultations in a virtual environment
