What are you looking for in a new role?
Cosmetics have been one of the lifelong dream to be in regarding product development. I believe my experience and skills have prepared me to reach thus far and to finally be able to work with the job I love the most. But even with this, I still have so much to learn from the role I'm applying and his is a great opportunity for me to contribute and at the same time to be able to learn in depth how my existing knowledge is applicable with the company's policy and standard operating procedures to maximize efficiency and profit.
What you are interested in working with us?
I'm interested with the company work culture, policy, services and the products the company has to offer. I believe that I could contribute and help my colleagues what is best for the company. With the position I'm applying for, I believe I would contribute and innovate essential products that are user-friendly, environmental friendly, and potency of the products without sacrificing the quality of the product by weighing around between cost reduction and alternative formulations that caters to a particular product.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The biggest challenge had to be the rising cost of raw materials as being imported from other countries. I spearheaded the task to find alternative raw materials, which are present within the local or national borders of my country, that may be as close and identical to the raw material available abroad. It did took quite some time and money but it was proven successful and effective. Thus, it cut the severe raw material cost that has been critical to the development of the company I was in. It was an arduous task but the end of it was just as rewarding.
