What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my previous role was handling a formulation that was failing stability studies during development. The product showed phase separation and viscosity changes under accelerated conditions, which was critical since timelines were tight
To address this, I led a systematic investigation involving excipient compatibility, optimization of emulsifier systems, and process parameters. I coordinated with cross-functional teams including QA and production, and conducted multiple trials to refine the formulation.

I am writing to apply for suitable position in – Analytical Research & Development. I hold an M. Pharmacy (QAT) degree and have over 10+ years of progressive experience in Analytical R&D, with strong expertise in Inhalation (MDI/DPI), Nasal Spray, Solid Oral, injection solution and peptide injections dosage forms.

Currently, I am working with Supriya Lifescience Ltd as an Principal Scientist – Analytical R&D, where I lead analytical activities including project initiation, data review, SOP/STP/URS preparation, stability protocol review, instrument qualification, and team mentoring. Prior to this, I have worked with reputed pharmaceutical organizations such as Glenmark pharmaceuticals, Zydus Cadila, Alkem Laboratories, and Macleods Pharmaceuticals, contributing extensively to analytical method development, validation, and regulatory-compliant stability studies.

My technical expertise includes Proveris (spray pattern & plume geometry), ACI/NGI, DUSA, DSD, method development & validation, and inhalation product analytics. I have hands-on experience in managing cross-functional projects and guiding junior scientists to meet project timelines and quality standards.
