Hello,

I am Rachel, an Esthetician of nearly 6 years with experience in multiple areas in the beauty industry. I started in the beauty industry in January of 2020 at Ulta Beauty. I worked as a Beauty Advisor, assisting customers in their questions, making recommendations, and checking them out. In March of that year, I became a Licensed Esthetician and began my first job later that year. In January of 2021, I began my time at Massage Envy, where I worked for over 2 years as an Esthetician. Beginning in November of 2021, I opened my own business whilst still at Massage Envy and it has done well. I still have my business currently, but would like to serve more people.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I would like something that is part-time and fully remote. I love to assist customers in educating them about their skin and the concerns they face. I am open as far as pay goes and I am willing to discuss that and the hours expected of me.
What you are interested in working with us?
I like that it is a remote position and I can help others virtually.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
I would say something that happens now as well as in the past, is that customers come in complaining about a pain point they have (e.g., acne, wrinkles), but when I give them advice to treat their concern, they disregard it. I do not take this personally, but it can be challenging at times to have clients expect quick fixes or to completely ignore your advice.
