What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging situations in my last role as an esthetician was finding an opportunity that fully aligned with my long-term professional goals. While I gained valuable hands-on experience and strengthened my client care and customer service skills, the role offered limited opportunities for continued education, mentorship, and growth within the company.

I handled this challenge by remaining committed to delivering excellent service to every client while proactively seeking ways to continue learning on my own. I invested time in expanding my skincare knowledge, staying current with industry trends, and refining my consultation and client education skills. This experience helped me better understand what I am looking for in a company—one that supports ongoing learning, professional development, and long-term growth—so I can continue gaining experience and become a well-rounded, successful esthetician.
