Key Responsibilities:

• Eyelash Extension Application: You will be responsible for applying eyelash extensions to clients based on their needs and preferences. You must follow the proper technique and safety standards to guarantee each client a safe and comfortable experience.
• Consultation & Customization: Consult clients virtually to assess their needs, offer expert advice, and recommend the best eyelash extensions that suit their eye shape, lifestyle, and desired look. Whether they are seeking natural volume, dramatic flair, or something in between, you’ll tailor each set to meet their unique preferences.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the process, from consultation to aftercare. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients, answering questions, and offering guidance on lash maintenance and safety.
• Virtual Application Assistance: You will be responsible for performing eyelash application through virtual consultations and instructional content. While the hands-on portion may be limited in a remote setting, you will guide clients through step-by-step instructions, provide video tutorials, and ensure the quality of the application is upheld.
• Aftercare Education: Educate clients on proper aftercare procedures to maintain the longevity of their lashes. This includes advice on cleaning, maintenance, and potential risks to avoid to ensure their lashes look fabulous and intact for longer.
• Up-to-date with Trends: Stay informed of the latest trends and techniques in the lash industry. You’ll be expected to continually upgrade your skills and knowledge to deliver our clients the most up-to-date services and lash styles.

• Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain detailed client records, track progress, and schedule appointments using Blossom Beauty Care’s online scheduling and management system. You’ll be expected to manage your time effectively and promptly address clients' needs.

Key Requirements:

• Certification & Experience: A certified lash technician with at least two years of professional experience in eyelash extension application is essential. Advanced techniques are preferred, such as volume lash extensions, hybrid lashes, and classic sets.
• Expert Knowledge: Proficient in using various eyelash extension types (e.g., silk, mink, synthetic) and adhesives. It would be best to have an in-depth understanding of safety, hygiene, and aftercare protocols.
• Strong Communication Skills: As a remote technician, you must communicate effectively with clients via virtual consultations, phone calls, and emails. Excellent customer service and clear communication are essential in maintaining client satisfaction.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to create tailored lash designs that complement each client's natural features. Your creative approach should align with the client's beauty and style preferences.
