With a growing online presence, we seek a motivated, creative, and results-driven Online Beauty E-commerce Manager to join our team. As the Online Beauty E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless operations, and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to elevate the Blossom Beauty Care brand in the competitive beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive online sales strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer shopping experience on our website and third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Sephora, etc.).
- Analyze industry trends, market data, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Oversee product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal sales initiatives to boost traffic and conversions.
- Website Management and Optimization:
- Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring products are displayed correctly, descriptions are accurate, and inventory is updated regularly.
- Continuously optimize the website's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to improve conversion rates and reduce bounce rates.
- Collaborate with the web development team to troubleshoot website issues and ensure seamless device functionality.
- Digital Marketing and Campaigns:
- Develop and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Lead content creation for social media, including developing copy, imagery, and video that aligns with the Blossom Beauty Care brand voice.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- SEO and SEM Optimization:
- Lead efforts to improve organic search rankings through on-page and off-page SEO best practices, including keyword research, content optimization, and backlink building.
- Optimize paid search campaigns for maximum reach and conversion, ensuring adherence to budgets and performance targets.
- Customer Insights and Analytics:
- Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to track performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviors.
- Regularly report on KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements to enhance sales performance.
- Analyze customer feedback, reviews, and engagement to identify areas for improvement in product offerings, website functionality, and customer service.
- Inventory and Product Management:
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to monitor stock levels, manage product availability, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Develop product bundling, pricing, and promotions strategies to optimize inventory turnover and boost sales.
- Coordinate product photography and descriptions to maintain consistency and alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Oversee customer service channels (live chat, email, social media) to address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive repeat business, such as loyalty programs or personalized experiences.
- Work closely with the customer service team to resolve escalated issues and continuously improve the customer journey.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing, design, content, and product teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader business goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution of sales and service efforts.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the performance of e-commerce initiatives, budget adherence, and project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role within the beauty or retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Experience with social media platforms, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and email marketing tools (MailChimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Ability to work independently remotely while maintaining clear communication and collaboration with team members.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Passion for beauty products and a deep understanding of the beauty industry.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
