Key Responsibilities:

• Virtual Consultations: Conduct virtual consultations with clients via video calls, emails, and chat platforms. Provide personalized hair color advice, recommendations, and solutions based on client preferences, hair type, and desired outcomes.
• Hair Color Expert Guidance: Offer expert recommendations on selecting the best hair colors, considering skin tone, hair texture, and maintenance requirements. Guide clients on color options ranging from highlights and balayage to complete color transformations.
• Coloring Techniques and Trends: Stay current with the latest hair color trends, techniques, and products to offer cutting-edge advice to clients. Incorporate trending styles into consultations, such as pastel shades, vibrant hues, and natural colors.
• Client Education: Educate clients on proper hair color maintenance, aftercare routines, and the importance of using professional-grade products to maintain the integrity of their color-treated hair.
• Product Knowledge and Recommendations: Recommend the appropriate hair color products from Blossom Beauty Care's product range that align with the client's needs, ensuring quality, safety, and performance.
• Customer Satisfaction and Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Ensure clients feel heard, valued, and satisfied with their virtual experience.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed client records, including consultation notes, color preferences, and product recommendations. Track client progress and follow up as necessary to monitor hair color results and satisfaction.
• Collaboration with Team Members: I will work closely with other beauty professionals, product specialists, and the marketing team to stay aligned with the company’s vision, brand messaging, and promotional efforts.
• Sales and Upselling: Promote and sell Blossom Beauty Care’s products and services during consultations. Encourage repeat business and upsell relevant products that enhance the client’s experience and hair color results.
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance goals related to client satisfaction, sales targets, and customer retention. Contribute to monthly and quarterly reports outlining successes and areas for growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry, focusing on hair coloring techniques, consultations, and customer service. Experience in a remote or virtual consulting role is a plus.
• Expert Knowledge: It is essential to have a deep understanding of various hair color techniques, including balayage, ombre, highlights, color correction, and hair color trends. Additionally, it is necessary to be familiar with a wide range of hair care products, both professional and at-home.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for virtual consultations. The ability to explain complex hair color techniques and solutions in an easy-to-understand manner is essential.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive, professional client experience. Empathetic, patient, and able to engage with clients in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using video conferencing tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other digital platforms. Proficiency in social media is a plus, as the role may involve engaging with clients via social channels.
• Sales Experience: Proven ability to sell products and services with a consultative approach. Upselling and cross-selling experience is highly desirable.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple virtual consultations and client inquiries efficiently. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Creative and Trend-Focused: An innovative mindset with an eye for color, design, and beauty and hair care trends—the ability to recommend fresh, exciting, and individualized hair color ideas for clients.
• Certifications: A cosmetology license or certification in hair coloring or a related field is required.
• Education: A high school diploma is required. A degree or advanced certification in cosmetology, beauty, or a related field is preferred.
