Position Overview:
We seek a passionate and knowledgeable Virtual Beauty Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Conduct virtual consultations via video calls, chats, or emails to assess clients' beauty needs, preferences, and concerns.

• Education and Guidance: Educate clients on proper product usage, application techniques, and skincare or makeup routines to enhance their experience and results.

• Sales Support: Provide detailed information about Blossom Beauty Care’s product range and promotional offers to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, such as tutorials, live sessions, and social media posts, to promote our products and services.
• Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging products, and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice to clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members across various departments to ensure seamless client experiences and contribute to the company’s overall goals.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and report client feedback to help improve product offerings and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the beauty industry, preferably as a consultant, makeup artist, or skincare specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of beauty products, skincare, cosmetics, and industry trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients virtually.
• Proficiency in virtual communication tools, such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
• Sales acumen with the ability to identify and fulfill client needs effectively.
• Creative mindset with experience in content creation for social media or digital platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
• Certification in cosmetology, makeup artistry, or skincare (preferred).
