Role Overview: The Virtual Aesthetician will provide expert consultations, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare guidance to clients via video calls, online chats, and other digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess client skin types, concerns, and goals using high-quality visual and verbal communication.
• Develop personalized skincare routines and treatment plans that align with client needs and preferences.
• Recommend appropriate products and services from Blossom Beauty Care’s portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide ongoing follow-ups to monitor client progress, adjust care plans, and address emerging concerns.
• Educate clients on skincare best practices, product usage, and lifestyle adjustments that enhance their beauty regimen.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to stay updated on the latest offerings, industry trends, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Certified Aesthetician or equivalent professional qualification in skincare and beauty.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing aesthetic or skincare role.

• Strong understanding of diverse skin types, conditions, and care approaches.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate virtual consultation platforms and CRM tools.
